No refunds will be give after classes have started. There is a $25 transfer fee after the 5th week of classes.

RATIONALE: It is critical to know how many players to expect at each program, as we have to plan ahead for the coach and field scheduling, as well as ordering t-shirts, balls, etc.

TRIAL CLASS:

We allow trial classes within the first 5 weeks. For steps on how to take advantage of trial class, please email admin@parkslopeunited.com. No trial classes allowed after 5 weeks into a classes start date.

MAKE-UP CLASS:

If a class is canceled due to inclement weather or some other reason, you can make up that class at another class we offer on another day of the week, within the same season. No makeups in different seasons.

COMPETING FOR ONE TEAM:

Travel team players with Park Slope United player cards may not represent another competing soccer organization in official competition. "Competing soccer organization" is defined as any amateur soccer organization in the tri-state area which is not part of the national team selection (such as Center of Excellence or ODP), or a professional team. Representing a competing soccer organization in competition is grounds for removal from a PSU Travel Team.

RATIONALE: When joining a PSU travel team, a player is making a commitment to the team and the club. It is very destabilizing for players (and their PSU teammates) to be pulled between two groups with conflicts of interest.

DESIGNATED ADULT AT CLASS:

All players attending Developmental Classes, Tot Footy Classes, and Developmental League must have a designated adult at practice in order to participate.

RATIONALE: If a kid has to go to the bathroom, or otherwise requires tending to, the coach would be unable to provide this attention, while successfully leading the class and providing instruction to the other kids.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION:

If PSU cancels a Developmental Class, Camp, Tot Footy Class, or Developmental League or changes the schedule after registration has occurred, PSU will refund the full value of the registration.

Rationale: If it's our mistake, then we'll fix it!

CLASS SIZE MINIMUM:

Tot Footy: Must have 3 kids in order to hold class

Developmental Classes: Must have 5 kids to hold class

JOINING OR BEING REMOVED FROM PSU GROUP:

PSU has the right to accept or decline any player to join any group, in any program. PSU also has the right to remove any player or family at any time that PSU determines affects the positive environment of the club.

Rationale: We have a responsibility for the safety, positivity, and the soccer quality of the environment we create at the field and in the club. We have to judge the emotional and soccer readiness of any player we decide to be in each group, for the sake of the other kids. Parent behavior is also a large part of the environment.

SCOLARSHIP PROGRAM:

Here at PSU we never like to turn a family away due to financial reasons. If you wish to take advantage of our scholarship program please email admin@parkslopeunited.com your financial hardship.
