Executive Director 

Nathan Bell is a USSF licensed professional coach with more than a decade of experience coaching youth soccer. He was the lead assistant at Division I LIU-Brooklyn where he recruited and coached National team players. In his four years at LIU-Brooklyn: 

2014: LIU-Brooklyn qualified for the playoffs for the first time in 10 years 
2015: LIU-Brooklyn won their conference with a perfect record (only the third time a team accomplished this in the 30 year history of the Northeast Conference) and were knocked out of the NCAA tournament on penalties by Rutgers 
2016: 2nd season in a row with 10+ wins. Undefeated at home. Beat nationally ranked team. 3rd highest-scoring offense in the country.

2017: Helped LIU to the Northeast Conference finals

Previously he was the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Division 3 John Jay College of Criminal Justice and coached in the youth academy of NY Red Bulls. Former players have been selected for USA youth national teams. 

Nathan spent six months living at the Dinamo Zagreb academy, one of the top soccer academies in Europe, with his 12 year old youth player. While at Dinamo Zagreb, Nathan interviewed and built relationships with many top coaches, agents, and sporting directors. He also had the chance to watch six hours a day of the cutting-edge training by all age groups at the Dinamo Zagreb academy. While living in Europe, he played for the NK Maksimir, a professional team in the 3rd division in Croatia. 

Nathan has a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology and has provided sports psychology consulting to numerous college athletics program and individuals and taught a sport psychology class at LIU-Brooklyn. He teaches players to “Create community, live with integrity, and pursue excellence.” He also spent a junior year abroad living in India and studying "perceptions of happiness in East and West."

As the Director of Coaching, Nathan's main responsibility is the hiring, mentoring and scheduling of the club's coaches. He is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club such as: 

- Acquiring field permits
- Managing the club's finances
- Implementing a marketing plan
- Creating strategic partnerships with organizations who hold similar values
- Building relationships with every coach and parent in the club
- Planning club-wide events 
- League and tournament participation
